Refund & Returns Policy
At KRON we work with print-on-demand and custom products that are manufactured exclusively for you after your order is placed.
1. Custom Products
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size/color.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, incorrect print, or physical damage, you may request a replacement or refund. To do this, you must:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the issue
Based on the situation, we may offer a free reprint or a refund.
3. Shipping Issues
If an order does not arrive or is returned due to a shipping carrier error (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), contact us and we will provide available options based on the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for:
• Customer choice of size or color
• Change of mind
• Personal preferences
